We hosted our first Meat Up Happy Hour at our butchering facilities this week, and I'd like to think it went quite well! We teamed up with our pal and Chef Extraordinaire Michael Coon to offer an opportunity to learn more about our grass-fed, grass-finished beef, tour our meat coolers, see a butchering demo with our head butcher Erik, with plenty of time for questions and conversation. Franklin the Hurricane was set to hit, but he thankfully never really showed! After the tour, we had plenty of good eats, starting with a cup of our bone broth and beef jerky, then on to roast beef finger sandwiches and sirloin tacos. We have more Meat Up in the pipeline and look forward to creating a different experience each time.
